All course materials provided through this platform, including but not limited to text, videos, graphics, audio content, downloadable resources, and other educational tools, are the exclusive intellectual property of Nabantu Campus, a subsidiary of Nabantu Partners (Pty) Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the "Course Provider"). These materials are protected under South African copyright laws, as well as applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
The reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or transmission of any course content, in whole or in part, without the express prior written consent of the Course Provider, is strictly prohibited. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course materials solely for personal, non-commercial use and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

Any disputes arising under these Terms will be governed by the version in effect at the time the dispute occurred.
You agree, to the extent permitted by the laws of your country, to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nabantu Campus, along with its parent company, successors, affiliates, contractors, officers, directors, employees, agents, and its third-party suppliers, licensors, and partners ("Nabantu Campus Parties"), from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, demands, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses (including legal fees and costs) arising from any claim or demand made by a third party related to or resulting from: (i) your access to, use, or misuse of the Services; (ii) your breach or alleged breach of these Terms, or any violation thereof; (iii) any breach of the representations, warranties, and covenants made herein made by you; (iv) your failure to comply with Applicable Laws (including any failure to obtain or provide necessary consent or notice); (v) any infringement by you or a third party using your account of any intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any individual or entity, including in connection with your User Content; or (vi) your breach or alleged breach of any interaction, agreement, or policy between you and any other Users. Nabantu Campus reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are obligated to indemnify Nabantu Campus, and you agree to cooperate with Nabantu Campus in defending such claims. You agree not to settle any such matter without the prior written consent of Nabantu Campus. Nabantu Campus will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim, action, or proceeding as soon as it becomes aware of it.
This site is operated, controlled, and offered from the Republic of South Africa and, as such, is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, subject to the dispute resolution clause outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Both you, the user, and Nabantu Campus are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts. Any claims or legal disputes related to the Services must be filed within one (1) year from when the claim or cause of action arose, failing which such claim will be permanently barred.
